Our VIP, Radiance, Nourish, and Wellness Memberships require an initial commitment of six months, during which you’ll enjoy the full spectrum of benefits designed to rejuvenate and revitalize your body and mind. Meanwhile, the Booster Pass Membership provides flexibility with a convenient month-to-month billing cycle.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and if the need arises, we provide an option for early cancellation, subject to an applicable fee. To initiate the cancellation process, please reach out to our dedicated team at scheduling@thegoodlifeiv.com.

Certainly! Any credits that you do not use will remain in your account for a duration of six months starting from the month they were initially earned. It is important to note that after this six-month period, the credits will expire. To make the most of these credits, it is advisable to plan their usage within this time frame.

All our monthly memberships are designed with ease and continuity in mind, automatically renewing on a month-to-month basis after the initial term. If you wish to make any changes to your membership—be it cancellations, pauses, or adjustments for any reason—please ensure you notify The Good Life via email at least 30 days prior to your next scheduled auto-payment. This allows us to process your request smoothly and without interruption to your chosen services. Your wellness is our priority, and we’re here to support your journey every step of the way.

Certainly! Membership plans at The Good Life offer the option to be temporarily frozen for up to three months each calendar year.

To initiate a freeze, members must send a notification via email to scheduling@thegoodlifeiv.com. It is important to ensure that this notification is received at least 30 days prior to the next scheduled auto-payment date.

During the frozen period, members will have access to their benefits, although they will not be billed monthly nor will they accumulate additional credits.

Once the three-month freeze period concludes, the membership will automatically reactivate, resuming regular billing and credit accrual.

If you wish to make any changes to your membership — be it cancellations, pauses, or adjustments for any reason—please ensure you notify The Good Life via email, scheduling@thegoodlifeiv.com,  at least 30 days prior to your next scheduled auto-payment.

At the time of cancellation, you have six months to utilize any prepaid credits. Member benefits still apply while any unused credits are active.

In-Store & Mobile IV
Our membership plans offer flexibility and convenience by providing access to both In-Store and Mobile IV services. For those opting for Mobile IV appointments within our designated 25-mile service radius, please note that a travel service fee of $40 will be added to your invoice. This fee helps us ensure that we can deliver high-quality service directly to your location.
